Assembly?

edited August 2011 in Rambler
I was looking at the Rambler manual and have a question. Will there be any assembly to do when our Ramblers are shipped to us? :?:

  • All you should have to do is pump up the tires...
  • Depending on if it is any different than the Rover was, and what 'extras' your order, Bob is correct. All I had to do was pump up my tires, check and correct my toe-in, and install the rear rack (would not fit in the box with the rack installed).

    No muss, no fuss~!

  • How long did you keep the box the trike came in?

  • 2 days. Just long enough to make sure all parts were working. Which, of course, they were.

  • Most of the time you don't even need to pump up the tires either.
We test ride all trikes before we ship them, so unless the tire lost air because of temperature, you literally can pull it out of the box and go.

Now, in some cases, models or sizes, some handlebar adjustments might also need to be made. But this is only because of issues in fitting it in the box.

Also, most accessories should also be installed - except for the few that once again obstruct the box dimensions.
